The narratives were distorted
We are a husband and wife team who recognized a growing problem in the narratives being shared online. Timelines were increasingly saturated with negative stories — misrepresenting individuals, influencers, and leaders from diverse backgrounds who carried genuine influence within their communities and the marketplace. These stories were being distorted, stripped of their truth, purpose, and grace.
Burdened by the weight of this distortion — and the way social media algorithms seemed to amplify fear, judgment, and hopelessness — we turned to God and asked, “How do we fight this content war?” And He answered.
What began as frustration soon became a divine assignment. That assignment birthed 5 Star Power Magazine — a platform founded on faith, excellence, and honor.
